EFA logo Style Guide for Clubs in Western Australia

1. INTRODUCTION
This style guide has been prepared to govern and guide the use of the EFA logo and associated elements in Western Australia. It aims to preserve the integrity of the EFA and ensure it has an identifiable visual image and brand identity across marketing materials.   Marketing materials include, but are not limited to, advertising, brochures, publications, educational material, stationery, merchandise, display posters and panels, signage, website and electronic communications and point of sale materials.   To further protect brand integrity, the EFA logo and associated elements are protected by trademark registration. Unauthorised use is prohibited.   For further information contacts and references are listed at the end of this guide.

2. LOGO USAGE
The EFA logo must be consistently positioned on material so that it is clear, legible and unobstructed.   The EFA logo must be given a prominent position and be applied in a consistent manner in line with the guidelines outlined.   The two colour EFA logo on a white background is the primary logo of the EFA.    To gain maximum impact from the EFA logo when producing materials, ensure that a white background is used wherever possible.   The logo size should not be any smaller than 30mm wide and 15mm high. There should be a minimum of 10mm clear space surrounding the logo.

3. REPRODUCTION
The logo should never be typeset, letraset, be drawn manually, be drawn using computer graphics or be altered in any other way. It must be reproduced using supplied electronic files.

4. COLOURS
RED : The CMYK equivalent is C:0, M:100.0, Y:100.0, K:0 To best reflect the EFA logo, match mediums such as vinyl, acrylic or other manufactured inks to Pantone 485C or choose a colour that is as close as possible.

5. TYPOGRAPHY
To ensure consistency across all materials, specific fonts and typefaces that have synergy with the EFA  logo are used in all campaign materials.   The Time Roman Regular typeface is recommended for use for headings within materials including brochures and posters.   ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz

6. APPLICATION
6.1 Co-branding The EFA logo may be co-branded with licensed partners.  In any co-branding application, the EFA logo must be positioned so it appears prominently.  When using it with licensed partners, the EFA logo should always appear to the right of or above any partner logo.
6.2 Use with multiple logos In the case of multiple logos e.g. sponsorship acknowledgments, the EFA logo should be placed alongside the licensed partner to indicate association. 6.3 Merchandise Every effort should be made to use the colour EFA logo on all merchandise.
